通常来说，可以使用 Windows Installer (MSI) 安装技术部署批量许可版本的 Project 2016 和 Visio 2016。但是，如果尝试在安装有 Office 365 专业增强版的同一计算机上安装批量许可版本的 Project 2016 和 Visio 2016，则此方法不适用，因为 Office 365 专业增强版使用的是即点即用安装技术，在此情况下，在相同计算机上使用 MSI 和即点即用安装不受支持。

为了帮助你在安装有 Office 365 专业增强版的同一计算机上部署批量许可版本的 Project 2016(Project 2019) 和 Visio 2016(Visio 2019)，我们提供了另一种安装方法：你可以使用 Office 部署工具安装 Project 和 Visio。Office 部署工具使用即点即用技术进行安装，而不是使用 Windows Installer (MSI)。但是，Project 和 Visio 仍可通过批量激活方法激活，如密钥管理服务 (KMS) 或多次激活密钥 (MAK)。

首先，从 Microsoft 下载中心下载最新版本的 Office 部署工具。然后，使用下表中的相应 ID 编辑 configuration.xml 文件中的产品元素。若要使用通用批量许可证密钥 (GVLK) 通过 KMS 批量激活，请为 PIDKEY 属性使用下表中相应的值。

还可编辑 configuration.xml 文件中的更新元素以确定 Project 或 Visio 的安装如何更新。例如，可以对其进行配置，以便通过 Internet 从 Office 内容交付网络 (CDN)（默认方式）或本地网络上的文件共享自动安装更新。

获取到部署工具和脚本后, 用管理员命令打开命令提示符, 在文件目录下输入SETUP.EXE打开配置. 出现下列提示语句:

SETUP /packager [path to configuration file] [output path]
SETUP /customize [path to configuration file]

 /download Downloads files to create an Office installation source
 /configure Adds, removes, or configures an Office installation
 /packager Produces an Office App-V package from an Office installation source
 /customize Applies settings for Office applications
 /help Displays this message

输入SETUP /download [path to configuration file]以通过office CDN下载镜像文件, 下载完毕后, 光标跳转到下一行命令起始处.

输入SETUP /configure [path to configuration file]以安装Office, 此时会弹出相应的安装页面. 

输入SETUP /packager [path to configuration file] [output path]对镜像文件进行打包, 以供后续使用.
